Hi! I am Rizqi, an award-winning Product Designer with over four years of experience in SaaS, AI, and Web3 industries, currently based in Indonesia. NineTwelve Indiana (B2B SaaS) Designed a system to facilitate grant distribution to 12 recipients, handling an average transaction value of $20,000 per grant, leading to an intended funding of $1,000,000. Unbox Grants CLX (B2B SaaS) As the sole designer, I created 150,000+ design screens, interactions, and components, delivering a fully functional end-to-end prototype within 5 months. Unbox Your City CLX (B2B SaaS) & Unbox Market WebApp Collaborated closely with the Product Manager on the service design of two key platforms: Unbox Your City, a merchant transaction platform and Unbox Market, a third-party e-commerce solution. Defined merchant-centric workflows for inventory management, integrated seamless payment history tracking, and mapped the end-to-end service experience to ensure operational efficiency and user satisfaction. XYZ App (Decentralized Versatile Transaction App) Designed and implemented a modular design approach for a B2B consumer platform from 0 to 1,000+ active users. Resulting in a significant development time efficiency increase of more than 50%. Successfully avoided a costly product mistake by initiating A/B testing via Maze before the product launch. Led a research team consisting of three designers to conduct comprehensive research and competitor analysis to validate business strategies and ensure optimal market positioning, resulting in a streamlined research effort across teams by using a research repository. Unbox Your City Redesign V1 (WebApp) Designed the interface and UX flow in V1, resulting in a 1.81x multiplier effect on the amount invested by the Antwerp city, reaching a total distribution of $12,535,359.92 to over 4,000 SMEs within six months. Unbox Litter (Litter Pickup App) Led the design strategy for product expansion into new UK regions, focusing on localization and user experience enhancements. Redesigned version two, resulting in over 1,999,090 confirmed litter pickups, contributing to an estimated 171.8 tons of CO2 saved. In the USA, collaborated with Indy Eleven to implement Unbox’s software for rewarding fans for litter pickup, leading to litter pickups every 17 seconds during match days.
